Return Policy:

Return requests are accepted within 28 days of Order. Products are eligible for a refund only if the cellophane wrap is unopened and intact. Products that are not sealed in cellophane are final sale to ensure the safety, integrity, and efficacy of our clinical formulations.

If you would like to make a Return request, email us at support@drdiamondsmetacine.com and include your order number and the product(s) you wish to return. Someone will get back to you with shipping information. Please note, customers are responsible for shipping costs.

Once we have received and approved your Return request, we will process a refund within 7-10 business days. If you have further questions, please email support@drdiamondsmetacine.com.

We are unable to ship to PO Boxes for this sale. Any order that is placed to a PO Box will be canceled and refunded.
